Its not misleading information. The things on youtube are usually people with high end computers, say 4870 cf, gtx 280 sli, 8800 ultra sli trying to make there computers look better by saying they are running it on a low end graphics card. Read the comments on the youtube video you gave a link to and you will see real 2400 owners disappointed in performance. You will struggle to get over 10fps on most games at any decent settings unless the game is really old. That card is not designed for gaming, more for hd video decoding in htpc with passive cooling. I can assure you, you will be disappointed if you believe you will be able to play any of the latest games at decent settings even at low resolutions. Check review sites. However you should be able to play games above 30 fps on low resolutions and minimum to low settings. I have a laptop with a better graphics card than this, and I can say it struggles to play games on medium resolutions with medium to high graphics. However it gives 30fps+ if I put the resolution down to 640x480 and everything on minimum.
