This is the reply i had after asking about warranty replacements for my drum pedal.. ive not try'd yet but will be first thing tommorrow.

Rockband Portal, choose your region and create a replacement request online.
hmm... I think the US had the same issues and now has newer drum pedals. Obviously all of the older ones were shipped to the UK and sold for almost twice the price.
