personally i dont think it is harlalalalahink it is fair as i dont come online to play against a bunch of cheats. problem is XBL doesnt do much when you complain etc i know massive cheaters on cod4, i had nasty abuse hurled at me while playing the game, complained and nothing has ever happened. so for me it is justice.
