Why call it a Q/A if there not going to answer any questions? I suppose they don't think their excuses will hold against an actual conversation rather then one post.
I have never used piracy, it has never been necessary and I don't make a habit of doing illegal things, but if they don't stop this then I'll almost certainly start.
It's a sad day when the only way to get quality merchandise is through piracy.
