Although Villa and Torres would be fantastic, it does raise some problems for the central midfield. who would we rather play, Gerrard/Barry or Gerrard/Masch? Or could Gerrard possibly play on the wing?
Gerrard and Barry showed that they could link up nicely in the USA and Trinidad friendlies last week. But Masch has to be one of the toughest players out there and is an incredible tackler.
David Villa will not go to a place where he wont play every game, thus rafa must change his beloved 4-2-3-1 formation.
I say bring on the spanish players. Silva, Villa and any others we can get. They love it here.
