Game stuttering, graphical lag, or low frame rate. These are my common anticipated issues, however its much related. Issue seems to be common with systems with SLI/Crossfire enabled or with Nvidia 8800GT. Here are some steps that I can suggest for you to do:

1. End-Background-Task (EBT)
2. Lower ingame graphic settings,
3. Turn off Dynamic Shading.

Other steps being tried are turning off Force-Split Rendering and to disable the SLI/Crossfire setup.
