Thats quite understandable. The fastest method of replacing them would have to be through the shop because if you returned them through EA you're looking at probly 2 weeks before u get a replacement depending on how many returns they're getting (alot by the sounds of it)
In the end you shouldnt be worried about only being 13 cause what are they going to do to you? and its their legal requirement, so just stand up for urself and ur'll b alright
