Yeah so my brother got some 360 drums and the red pad is almost totaly un-responsive and the others are seemingly intermitant, however when he went to take it back he was told that the shops aren't to take returns on the RB hardware andthat he has to contact EA direct to get it RMA'd. But on the support site for the UK it says to take it back to the retailer. Um what's going on?
