Doesn't explain the complaints people have had on the Rock Band boards about the drums and guitars being clearly used (finger prints, marks on the pads etc.), though. And even if it's not a case of illegally selling used kit as new, it's just another sign of their lack of respect for the European market if they've been hoarding kits that are
known to be faulty for our launch. After waiting 6 months you'd hope to be getting
better quality and reliability, not being given the worst of the worst that they couldn't sell anywhere else.
But then, that's par for the course with EA it seems.
