Same here... I'm in the desert so our satlink speed is crap so I don't try to play online but logged in EA Download Manager and try to play in single (Hellgate: london).
So the question is: if I can log into EA Download Manager why it couldn't be identify my copy on their website???
WHY THE HELL CAN'T PLAY OFFLINE IN SINGLE MODE ????

(Hell, better download a pirate copy and problem is solved.)
