They were an improving team who's league position improved every year. All Abramovich did was provide money to buy top players. JUST LIKE UNITED DO.

It annoys me so much when people talk about how much Chelsea spend. Its just the same as United, but because half the country are glory hunting idiots nobody mentions it!
