My point is that I don't have fun winning by a fluke goal. I want to feel I've dominated and won because of that. Of course there's the occassional lose/win by bad luck like teams do in real life. But I'd like that to be 1/10 games instead of 1/3.
So I think Euro 08 is a good game. I'd actually like harder difficulty and slower game pace in FIFA 09 if they can fix the AI and response in that too. But these 2 negatives are very outweighed by the positives.
And when you mentioned to lower the difficulty, shouldn't that apply to Euro 08? We can just raise the difficultly. I also have a feeling semi-pro game will be harder than semi-pro demo, but we'll only find out when the game comes out. EA has a tendency to realease bad demos (which I don't understand since a lot base their opinions on them like it can be seen in this forum) so maybe the game might be different.

Thats a good point about raising the difficulty on euro 2008 to meet your needs I suppose. I'm gona rent Euro 2008 and play in on a higher difficulty (world class prob) and if I like it and I may buy the game. I try not to be biased but and just think that in real-life football games are extremely hard to win; and fifa 08 makes this point very well.
