The difficulty is not the problem, the game is just not fun once you start to know it. When you're offline, the CPU isn't fun to play. They can turn quicker and if they want a goal they will get it. Some may not agree, but it's noticeable after 1-2 months of playing. And online has tonssss of fluke goals. People score them on me, I score them on other people. My point is that I don't have fun winning by a fluke goal. I want to feel I've dominated and won because of that. Of course there's the occassional lose/win by bad luck like teams do in real life. But I'd like that to be 1/10 games instead of 1/3.
So I think Euro 08 is a good game. I'd actually like harder difficulty and slower game pace in FIFA 09 if they can fix the AI and response in that too. But these 2 negatives are very outweighed by the positives.
And when you mentioned to lower the difficulty, shouldn't that apply to Euro 08? We can just raise the difficultly. I also have a feeling semi-pro game will be harder than semi-pro demo, but we'll only find out when the game comes out. EA has a tendency to realease bad demos (which I don't understand since a lot base their opinions on them like it can be seen in this forum) so maybe the game might be different.
