Thats the problem i think. The whole point of team chem is that the players are played in specific positions which they are used to and accommodate to it. Chopping and changing it around like benitez does should decrease the chem. So in theory the lineup originally set should be the one with the highest. However if you do what you said there you can increase the team chem but in theory it shouldnt work, due to the players not being used to the formation. Am I right??
