i've experimented with chemistry and the quickest way to raise it is too fiddle around with the line-up and see what players ratigns increase where and which players increase TC when their starting. For example With the default Valencia line-up i increased the TC +17 by putting in better players that used to be starting last year, their older but for some reason they increase it a bunch. Also sometimes if you try certain people way out of position you'll see an iincrease TC. i.e. i put in vicente for morientes and it went +3
