Hello, I've been playing EA Soccer games since FIFA World Cup in 1994 on my Sega Genesis and in those near 15 years I've noticed some inherent flaws with the decision tree built into the game code and I'd like to help. So, EA, here are a couple examples of things that you might want to take a look at for the next release of FIFA and/or FIFA Street:

1. Ronaldo and Wayne Rooney are on a counter charge with only the goalkeeper to beat. As Ronaldo dribbles in, he wants to send a quick lob to Rooney for a bicycle kick. On hitting the lob button I will accept Ronaldo:

A. Sending a short lob to Rooney for the bicycle kick
B. Sending a short lob to Rooney that he heads in
C. Lobbing the ball off the rooftop in the opposite direction

CORRECT: I would be happy with A or B, some sort of lob to Rooney. However FIFA believes I would rather lob the ball out of bounds in the other direction. Please adjust this for '09.

2. Eto'o performs a nasty drag past a defender that leaves him centered roughly 15 yds from the goal. Upon hitting the shoot button I am looking for Eto'o to:

A. Fire a shot on goal to the left post
B. Fire a shot to the right post
C. Dribble directly into the goalkeeper

CORRECT: I would like Eto'o to fire a shot of some sort towards the goal. Once again, EA believes Eto'o is best served dribbling directly into the goalkeeper. Please adjust this for '09.

3. Goalkeeper Howard just watched a gamebreaker goal zoom past him tying the match at 2 with 30 seconds left. Shaken, Howard still would like to help his team mount one last attack. When the pass button is pressed, should Howard:

A. Roll a pass to the open player on the right.
B. Throw a pass to the open player on the left.
C. Lob a pass to the middle of the field where an unmarked Beckham waits whilst still in gamebreaker mode, at which point he immediately sends yet another shot past Howard for the game winner.

CORRECT: Howard should pass to someone on his own team.
C'MON, IT'S BEEN ALMOST 15 YEARS, CAN WE GET THE FREAKING GOALIE TO JUST THROW IT TO SOMEONE ON HIS OWN TEAM. IT'S NOT THAT TOUGH!
