I wish you could run a restaurant or cafe from home.
Restaurants are probably one of the hardest businesses to make a success of actually, but I've found that it's easier to do well with an existing restaurant than one you've build yourself. Once you're doing well then you can redecorate and make it look nice, which let's face it, the Maxis made ones don't tend to.
