Go up the ramp with your mob, and to the left there is a pile of wooden planks. Get your mob to turn these into a scaffold, so that Lisa can climb up the scaffold and get to the Buddha.
Use the Hand of Buddha to move one of the black Grand Theft Scratchy boxes to block off the water from the fire hydrant (to allow your mob to pass and to go on to the town square).
In the middle of the town square there is a large silver Itchy & Scratchy statue - you need to order your mob to destroy it
