Hi guys,

After going through hell with EA support a few weeks ago I was finally able to download Crysis.

But here we go again. About 2 weeks ago Crysis crashed on me, and I had to do a hard reset. After doing so, the Crysis game "disappeared" off my EADM download list, but I was still able to play the game through the cache files. Unfortunately I had to re-install windows vista (64) last night due to catastrophic data loss (don't ask), and (surprise) Crysis is not on my download list! What do I do? This is a fresh installation of EADM. My other software shows up on my list except for Crysis. I logged on to the EAstore and accessed my purxhase history, and Crysis is there with a link to download the product via EADM. When I click on that link the EADM asks me for a password to begin downloading, but nothing happens! Crysis does not re-appear in my games list!

Any help would be appreciated
