this is a message for EAUK_Insignia or the dice representative,

Is there actually going to be a patch? No dates or anything just a Yes or a No?
I've posted MANY times on the other EA forums, and i get a maybe everytime, the game is in serious need of patching, the product is being hacked so much that 100 bans are being added by punksbusted.com a week, infact its rapidly becoming the most hacked online game out there.

I guessing your involved with meetings to discuss issues raised by the customers?
Could you take this to them and get a response for us?
EA need to improve vastly on there customer service skills its the only place there lacking and its serious hurting EA's public image.

Do you honestly believe the customers of Battlefield 2 or 2142 are going to buy future EA products? For example Crysis, i think it looks awesome but im not buying it purely because of EA's service with Battlefield 2 and this will be the same for A LOT of people, lots of bf2/2142 clans are the same as well. (Will not touch EA online products ever again).

This game is hacked more than online free games like AA (or whatever) and wolfenstein, which is a joke! we have paid for this!

I also don't want the line "EA aren't making any more revenue on this game, so they don't see it being worth while" as your still leasing the servers and there are still 1000's.

The most generic requests for the patch are these:

J10 is too powerful as the hit boxes on it are completely screwed someone seriously messed up with this, its like shooting air.

And patch the exploits in the code that allow these hacks to operate.

The next thing thats going to be said is "But the hacks will adapt and carry on working".
Yes, very true but if EA assigned a small team after this patch they could continue to fix the exploits in the code until this game is extremely hard to hack and the hacks wont be so easy to come by. And with a little luck this won't become thee most hacked online game.

I am a server admin and ive applied every anti cheat measure available from punkbuster, screenshots, BR (pointless by the way, i mean are you going to watch every player? i think not), MD5 checks on all BF2 files and file checks for seperate file hacks.

Yet this doesnt stop them as they completely subside PB and hack there ****'s off, with corrupt screenies etc etc. Its comes to the point that there is at least 1 hacker per server, sometimes you can be wrong thinking they are hacking, but you know when an SVD fire 10 times and gets 10 kills within 2 seconds its a bit obvious.....

PLEASE SOMEONE IN A POSITION FOR EA OR DICE RESPOND, ill pm this to you anyway....
