If anything, Chelsea are nothing without Abramovich, not Mourinho.

We're not "nothing" without Roman... we're still Chelsea, were before Roman, an always will be even if he decides to leave, maybe it'd filter out the many gloryfans we've been racking up in the last 4-5 years.
We're in debt to him though. As far as I know, the initial debts were paid off in the form of interest-free loans from Roman, to be paid back in due course. So selling the club would, for him, mean selling the debt as well - with no interest as a form of attracting buyers - further supports the notion we're a long term project... There is a sentimental element involved aswell though; Chelsea is Romans legacy for his son - I wonder if hes want that taken away?
The whole Roman leaving fantasy that's simmering in the media is absoloute rubbish.
Don't get me started on Ranieri either.
