Does your sim have a face only a mother could love? If so, it's time to take advantage of today's technological breakthroughs in medicine. Forget forking out thousand's of simoleons for unreliable plastic surgery, as performed by an error-prone 'real' doctor. Trust Dr Vu's latest insidious creation to make precise facial modifications as only a computer can. A few minutes of your time can result in a new, beautiful face that will last a lifetime!

The show business career is only available to university graduates, so your sim would need to go to college to achieve Dr Vu's Automated Cosmetic Surgeon. Your sims can change their facial structure with this career reward. If successful, you will be taken to the facial creation controls usually found in the create a sim mode. There is also a 20% chance that you will be unsuccessful and if this is the case, you will not be presented with the facial controls, instead your sim will be horribly disfigured. Once you (and your sim) get over the shock, you can always repeat the procedure to try again.

These changes are only skin deep insomuch as they don't affect genetics. Your sims will still pass on the genes they were born with.
