There's not much to add with this object. Your sims will occasionally receive an electric shock when he/she is caught lying, but this is completely harmless. How often this occurs depends on your sim's current skill level.

Interestingly, to date this is the only career reward that I have personally seen break down and need repairing, which was fixed in the same way as other objects are.
