It's great that we can change tactics in-game on the fly, but why can't we change them in Team Management?
Especially for say the FTL when we're doing CPU vs CPU matches, we cannot enable/disable tactics for the CPU. Being able to choose the tactics the team starts with would be really useful. Plus we don't have to change them on the fly everytime we start a match.

That's it ... all I'm asking for is that little Tactics box where we can switch the "Starting tactics" on/off. Plus selecting Team Mentality (attack, defence, neutral).
On the topic of Team Management, it doesn't make sense that "Man Marking" is in a separate screen outside Team Management (I'm talking about the in-game menus).
Also under Team Management (on the main menu), you have separate screens for Squads and Kick Takers. Would make more sense if these are all under one screen (Squads).
I'm not saying that this is a huge deal (not at all). But all they do is make the menus longer (something that isn't necessarily a good thing) and it's alot neater if they are under one screen. Just a thought
