I use ppt2007 to draw some diagrams .. and i thought i'd use it to present my ideas for FIFA
NOTE: This was originally "Cancel Subs & Player Warm-Up", but forget about the "Cancel Subs" thing since it's already in FIFA 07 -I made this before FIFA 07 came out.
The ability to warm-up bench players before they come on the field would be a really cool feature as it adds alot to realism as well as "strategy". It'll increase the feel of you being a manager of a team. If people don't like that idea, they can simply turn it off (as I'll explain later).

Add an in-game indicator of the status of the players warming up .... user can hold SELECT for example and he sees the status. This will not interrupt the play so the user doesn't have to pause the game every time he needs to check if a sub is ready.

Another thing I wanna mention is that if a player stays on the warm-up for too long after his energy level reaches 100%, he'll start to get tired. That will prevent managers from just putting random ppl on the warm-up and then subbing them whenever they need -which takes away from the "strategy" part.
