Default GLAZER could kill ,,RED DEVILS''

Last year on 28 june, american bilionaire Malcom Glazer buy MUFC in exchange for 1,1 bilions EUR.But at that time the 77 years american tycoon had a personal fortune just of 1 bilion EUR.So he was forced to make a loan in total value of 790 milion EUR in order to buy the dominant packege share of MUFC.
An american group of financial investment societys(,,Citadel''from Chicago
,,Perry Capital''from New York)give Glazer a loan in total value of 400mil EUR.But they also introduce a ,,killing clause''in the loan contract:if MUFC will be unable to cover the loan in 4 years, share packege of Glazer family(98%)will be transfer to ,,Citadel''and ,,Perry Capital''ownership.
In 2005 Glazer recive another loan in total value of 390 mil EUR from american financial jointventure ,,JP Morgan'' but Galzer was forced to guarantee his loan with the propriety of MUFC players! So if he will not pay the loan MUFC players owner rights will be gain by ,,JP Morgan''.
Now ,,Red Devils''are in serious trouble.According to british press Glazer-who financial is an difficult position-try to obtain from Royal Bank of Scotland another loan and he garantee with the financial proprety of ticket sale, merchandising, club restaurant.
In his last number Financial Times have another version:Glazer try to hide by this endless loan method that MUFC is practically sold piece by piece and from financial point of wiew they couldn't afford any decent signings.
So let's take a look to some financial data:
-MUFC total income in 2004-2005-246,4 mil EUR composed from:television rights(29%-71,7 mil EUR)marketing(29%-72,2 mil EUR)and tickets, merchandising, club restaurant(42%-102,5 mil EUR)
MUFC financial situation in the ,,past'':
2001(217 mil EUR)2002(229mil EUR)2003(251mil EUR)2004(259milEUR)
2005(246mil EUR).
In my opinion Glazer used a method famous in Italy in the 60-80' to cover a loan with another loan before banckrupt. The consequences in Italy were horrific.I'm really stunned that MUFC-from financial point of wiew-are on the edge of a catastrophe........
