Default I Am Bad Company issues.

OK I am deciding to make a new sticky thread just for the issues that many of you have with this "I Am Bad Company" award.

I do not want anyone to post here if they are not having an issue with it. I also do not want anyone to post anything that does not pertain to it. I would like to keep this as clean and objective as possible so that DICE can get a good fix on who might be having the issue. It should help them narrow down the exact issue.

I am also not going to guarantee that DICE will be able to help everyone on this issue right away or that they may respond to this issue right away. This is just to make a place where DICE can go to look and see who exactly is having the issue.



So with that being said I want only the people that have the requirements for the "I Am Bad Company" award and have yet to receive it to post this info.
  1. Your Gamer Tag.
  2. Your Console.
If there are other awards that may be holding you up which you have the requirements for but you are not getting, you can post that as well. I have already seen a few people that had this issue as well so I will allow it.

Any postings that are not pertaining to the "I Am Bad Company" award may be deleted. I want to keep this thread as clean and straight forward as possible. Hopefully DICE will be able to help all of you as soon as possible.

OK people I heard back from DICE on this. Unfortunately SuperNewby has been busy with BC2 as of lately so she was not able to be helping everyone with this issue. After all it was not her main job to do so and she was doing this out of courtesy. So I want to thank her for taking the time to help all of you with this when she could. She has been a big help so far. She is doing fine by the way and she is still around, just busy with her regular duties.

Now on to the issue. I have been informed that the Support Center can handle this issue now and is able to get the "I am Bad Company" award applied to your accounts, as long as you have the requirements for it.

So with this in mind I am going to give out some tips in how to try and get this done through the Support Center.
  1. First you want to go to the Support Center. This is the link to it. (http://support.electronicarts.co.uk/) Which is also located at the top of the page.
  2. Now when there you can login to your account.
  3. Next you want to make a ticket with them by selecting the "Email Us" option.
  4. You then want to select the Platform, Game, and Category. The first two are easy to know, but the category may be a little confusing. I would either choose Account or Technical. Yet it is up to you on what to choose.
  5. You then want to ask the question. For this I am going to suggest making sure to add the info below.
  • Console:
  • Game:
  • Gamer Tag:
  • The Award in Question:
  • Then give a brief description of the issue at hand. Like how you have all the achievements and requirements for the awards and yet you did not receive it, etc., etc.,.
  • You are also able to add files. Maybe you wish to add a picture of your achievements; although posting a link to your soldiers stats along with the description would be very helpful so that they can just go right to the stats and see for them selves.
That is about it.


Now I will still leave this thread stickied and open. Feel free to continue to post your info here as well. I will also Update the OP for those that do not see this message here. The more you try for help the better off you should be. Just remember that SuperNewby has been doing this out of courtesy, so she and/or DICE may not be able to get to everyone right way through this thread. So also making a ticket with Support Center is another way to go that may be better. After all it is there main job to do so unlike SuperNewby. Hopefully they will be able to help just as good.
