Well there is a convoluted way to do it. Say you want to change Walcott's shirt to number 7.
1.You would release Walcott and Rosicky.
2.Sign someone from the Free Market and assign him shirt number 14.
3.Then resign Walcott and choose number 7.
4.Then relese whoever you signed.
5.Then sign Rosicky an asign him number 14.
