It is a solver for an English game called Countdown if you don't have it there. They get 6 numbers and another number appears at the top, they must then make a sum using the 6 numbers that gets as colse to the top number as possible. You could use this solver to help because it lets you break the rules (You can go over 100 in the bottom numbers and you can use less than 6).
