I think the game is a huge improvement overall compared to TS2.

Athlon 64 X2 6000+ CPU, Vista 64-bit OS, 4 gigabytes of RAM, and a single GeForce GTX 275 (896 MB) card.

Runs TS3 silky smooth on highest detail totally crash free.
