I don't think we will be able to man a SAM site in this sequel but rather those stationary rocket launchers (anti-tank) that we had in Bad Company 1. SAMs might be available for single player only....
The one on the sketch is very similar if not to The Patriot Missile system (99% sure) which is American and not Russian.. There are many Russian SAM's out there. The famous SA' series.
