We all know that the 10% thing is just a lame excuse. Or, like someone else mention in a thread, it's 10% of their targeted audience perhaps. It sure looks like they don't target gamers, but more like very casual gamers with Pentium 3 processors.
Peter "I love consoles/hate PC" Moore gives me the impression that he thinks the PC platform is only a way to spread Fifa around the world and have as many people playing it -
whether they buy the game or not. He just doesn't want the PC game to be on par with the console version for some reason.
I've said this probably 5 times now, if you can afford $50 to
buy the game, you have/can afford a decent computer. Decent in this case is a PC at least on par with consoles hardware-wise.

So the argument about 10% bla bla is based on nothing.
My card is an XFX Nvidia 9800 GT...
Edit: At least in Fifa 10 we'll have a game that's freaking optimized and gets decent frame rates. I'm afraid we can't expect more regarding graphics this year.
Hopefully, there will be a new engine in Fifa 11.
