Spawn kill/camping = you kill the enemy before his feet hit the ground. You are watching a specific spawn point(s) waiting for people to spawn. In this case they don't have a chance to pull up a weapon of even move.
Base rape = running around not paying any attention to Spawn points. Here they have the ability to throw sensors, move, shoot, kill the perps.
Base camping = You set up a perimeter and kill zone outside the base and wait for enemies that are running aimlessly out of their base.
I think a lot of people get confused on the differences.
